Loved from start to finish.
Really made me think about life and how we should live it. I giggled and cried. Definitely recommend. Wish it was longer. Finished in 2 days.

lighthearted loving fun
it was a little slow to get started but also depending in your personal beliefs you may take away a bit more from this than the basic rom-com fictional story

What a surprise
I found this book purely by chance…. I saw the title and it intrigued me.
After reading the “blurb” I was expecting a rather predictable story…. I was pleasantly surprised that the author turned it around….making a fun but moving story. I loved it.
Great narration

Hilarious and heart warming
I love Kirsty Greenwood books and The Love of My Afterlife is another brilliant read from this incredibly talented writer.
It made me laugh, cry, sigh with joy... and need a cold shower. Very steamy in places. That is not a complaint!
The ending was superb. An unexpected twist that made the whole story even more perfect.
Sofia Oxenham was a fantastic narrator. I was actively looking around for boring household/gardening chores to do so that I had an excuse to keep listening!
WELL DONE Kirsty Greenwood. Can't wait for your next book.

Whimsically wonderful.
A story about second chances.
When finding herself dead and seeing her sad, lonely life flash before her eyes, a deal is made for a second shot at life. Sent back to earth with a contract that will save or damn her, she frantically searches for the perfect man to give her a perfect kiss.
But, having lead a life of almost complete solitude, she finds herself meeting and forging connections along the way. That ultimately show her what life could really be if she choses to nurture the community she has found.
This felt as much about finding platonic soulmates, as it did romantic ones.
I loved every second of this book!

Funny throughout but
This story was so funny, adventurous, sexy, and heartwarming. I enjoyed most of it so much, but honestly the last half changes almost completely and it goes from being a light hearted rom com to a grim thriller. Not what I want in this genre at all. And the narrator has a wonderful voice, but she doesn’t differentiate between characters so it’s hard to tell who’s talking. The whole time listening to this audiobook I was sure I’d give it five stars but I’m torn between 3.5 and four stars just because of the genre shift in the overly dragged out ending for the sake of tension. Misplaced tension in my opinion. Which is sad because I was hoping to have found a new author to enjoy, but I’m not in a place where I can read books with too much tension. Other than that it was the funniest, sexiest, most heartwarming book I’ve read in a long time, for the first half anyway. The main character really goes through the most incredible character arc. Brilliant character driven writing but perhaps it would’ve been better to me if it had just been without the grim aspect.

Oh how I resonated with the main character
Narrator was excellent, had a couple of laugh out loud moments- (wish there wasn’t an explanation for the clueless joke. Loved the story
