I enjoyed this standalone, set in AJ Summers’ hockey universe! It’s longer than her other books, but the pacing held up. The story was cute with a solid happily-ever-after. The female narrator (Shane Martinez) did a great job. The male narrator (Jaxon Jensen) had a decent voice, though his audio quality wasn’t as crisp—it occasionally sounded like he was in a different setup. Not a huge distraction, but worth noting. Overall, a fun listen for fans of hockey romance! 🎧 🐰

Brilliant narration from Shane Martinez and Jaxon Jensen

The chemistry and Dmitri and Erin is something neither of them can hide. He is a widow with a gorgeous daughter in the need of a nanny for three weeks. Erin is a cellist and is waiting to see if she has got into a the musical university and she expects the job. These connection between these two jump out at you. Dmitri loves, his daughter Ri, poetry and finds himself falling hard for Erin. One problem is Liam, Erin’s brother; Dmitri’s hockey captain.

Angst, spice and more spice, angst, drama and pure romance, oh yes hockey.
