It is nice to have many of these “techniques”.

There is nothing earth shattering that you have not heard from countless people, but it is nice to have many of these “techniques” listed out and discussed.

I definitely recommended this book for those lacking social skills. It covers everything from start to finish and even dating. It’s very positive.

Found this positive thinking audiobook!

The narrative parts are great it was better than expected! Soothing and effective for gaining positive energy inside of myself. I am happy to have found this positive thinking audiobook!

This would be a good stepping stone to start on.

When I was younger, I was awkward and I am still at times talking to people. However if you have shied away from people before and now want to be more social, this would be a good stepping stone to start on.
