Summary
The Wheel of Time is now an original series on Prime Video, starring Rosamund Pike as Moiraine!
In The Shadow Rising, the fourth novel in Robert Jordan’s number one New York Times best-selling epic fantasy series, The Wheel of Time®, Rand al’Thor now wields the sword Callandor. He is both the Champion of Light and the Dragon Reborn. Now, he seeks answers to another prophecy that lies with the warrior people known as the Aiel to put him on the path of learning how to wield the One Power.
Accompanied by Moiraine Damodred, Rand arrives at the Aiel Waste and is granted permission by the Wise Ones to enter the sacred city of Rhuidean. After passing through a doorframe ter'angreal, Moiraine gains foresight while the Aiel await Rand's return, either with both arms marked by dragon symbols, validating his identity as He Who Comes With the Dawn, the Chief of Chiefs of all the Aiel - or to never emerge at all.
Since its debut in 1990, The Wheel of Time® has captivated millions of readers around the globe with its scope, originality, and compelling characters. The last six books in series were all instant number one New York Times bestsellers, and The Eye of the World was named one of America's best-loved novels by PBS's The Great American Read.

5 Stars
My only criticism is that every audiobook in the series so far has the same 7 minute interview with Robert Jordan after the conclusion of the book. Great to hear the first time as it's an interesting enough interview but a bit repetitive the 4th time you listen. Kate Reading and Michael Kramer are fantastic throughout again as they have been throughout the series this far.

great, hard work
A great book but hard work through the waste is very confusing. Not as good as the other 3.

Bit of a drag in the middle
Story's still great but I just felt as though I was starting to be a bit of a slog in the middle, also there are to many characters to remember.
Best but is when Robert jordon does his little talk at the end nearly know it word for word now.

Rosamund pikes readings are way better
Have read the books before and they are awesome, the performances are……..ok. Would generally have rated the performances way more than one star but having listened to rosamund pike readings of the first 3 books, there is quite literally no comparison. I read somewhere the Kate Reading and Michael Kramer are thought of as the king and queen audiobook fantasy performances. Well all I can say is “the king and queen are dead, long live the queen!!!!!”
