Great information in this 2 in 1 audiobook pack

I found the content in both of these books to be very interesting and helpful, especially to understand triggers that can lead you to fall into unhealthy eating and living practices. The psychological and mindful practices to overcome anxieties are welcome strategies. The only thing that didn't sit well with me is that I found the narrators to be a bit stilted with cadences that didn't seem quite natural, so it was sometimes challenging to relate when there were odd pauses or pronunciation. That said, I would recommend this 2 in 1 pack just for the content alone

This ABSOLUTELY is a power pack!
