Full of Friendly Hacks That Work!
This workbook helped me in so many ways! I’ve always struggled with staying organized, but the hacks in here fit perfectly with how my brain works. It learned I don't have to force myself into systems that don’t stick. This book helped me learn how to use my ADHD to my advantage. I’ve already noticed a difference in how I manage my space, and I’m less overwhelmed. I love how practical the tips are, and it’s refreshing to feel understood rather than judged. If you’re tired of trying and failing at typical organizing advice, there are many good things that you'll learn here.

I feel seen
I love feeling seen and gaining more wisdom about ADHD. The Holderness family created this in a way that my spicy brain connected to in an amazing way. So humorous. It’s great to know I’m not alone in this journey!

Great book
A great workbook to tackle some of the struggles of living with adhd. The hacks have been specifically developed for people with adhd to help them tackle everyday tasks that others might find easy but with adhd they can be a struggle. It helps break down chores into easily manageable tasks and works with you rather than against you to be more productive and live an easier and more fulfilling life

Insightful and encouraging
This is an incredibly valuable resource for anyone living with ADHD or supporting someone who does. The production quality is excellent, making it easy to follow and engaging throughout. The author has done a fantastic job of presenting complex information in a way that feels relatable and coherent. She explains the science behind ADHD in clear, non-technical language, and her superhero analogy brings an empowering touch that makes understanding ADHD feel pretty straightforward. One of the best aspects of this book is how it encourages focusing on strengths as well as weaknesses, offering an understanding of ADHD as a unique way of thinking rather than just a list of difficulties. By approaching ADHD from a balanced perspective, the author helps listeners appreciate their non-typical brains and shows how to harness their unique qualities. I especially appreciated the numerous cleaning and organizing tips tailored specifically for ADHD minds, which offer realistic, achievable ways to manage spaces without feeling overwhelmed. As someone who lives with an ADHD partner, this audiobook has given me invaluable insights into how her mind works, helping me to understand why organization might be more challenging for her. I’m looking forward to sharing it with her, and I hope she’ll find both the encouragement and the practical strategies within helpful. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a compassionate, effective approach to ADHD-friendly organization.

Amazing!
This audiobook was a welcome change to many of the ADHD books on the market. The quiz to help you know your strengths was a great touch and I like that the author made the pdf available with the audiobook. The book is written with the positive slant of appreciating your ADHD habits as 'superpowers' and that you can learn how to use them to your benefit. It's a very encouraging and uplifting book that is well-researched, and the author's personal experience lends a relatability to it as well.

The Ultimate Clutter Conqueror Hit Target
research findings on ADHD brains were interesting. Analogy of ADHD brain to command center was very catchy. Sticky notes that have lost their sticky was humorous and clarified executive function. ADHD brain comparison to a garden was good analogy. QR code was great bonus. Microwave cleaning hack was my favorite. Dividing a room into a grid, great idea to make the job less daunting. Loved the idea of a spa day at home. Very doable. How sound impacts the ADHD brain went into great detail that was appreciated. Bedtime playlist is a good idea. Digital apps for organizations via the QR code, very helpful. The nature of shame narrative was interesting. Distinction between shame and guilt valuable knowledge. ADHD isn't just academic. This book teaches to empower the weakness with creativity and gives exercises on how to do it.
