The perfect companion to the menopause guide

I am very much a visual learner and really needed that for my menopause guide. The author has done just that; this workbook is great. Downloading the PDF was easy to do. I used adobe to do everthin on my laptop but I could have printed it off. The workbook matches the book precisely and is helping me document my feelings, symptoms, and any strategies I have tried and how it went. I really had no idea how much this part of my life would be so compliated. This book and workbook group is making this tough time much easier to work through.

A very helpful guide!

I found this workbook helpful and easy to follow. It gave me a better understanding of what’s happening in my body and how to manage the changes. The workbook format made it much easier—I could write down my thoughts, track symptoms, and make plans. The tone is warm, and it made me feel more comfortable. I also liked all the tips. Very informative!

As a man, I found this book exceptionally informative about how menopause occurs in females and how to manage it with age. It's an excellent guide for all women, and I plan to share it with my girlfriend so she can benefit from it as well. I also want to appreciate the narrator, who kept me engaged and connected, making the topic accessible and interesting despite being a man.

Super helpful workbook to hold you accountable!

After reading the OG Ultimate Guide to Menopause I followed up with this workbook. It does an incredible job at holding you accountable because you can work through every single step, and the plan is fully customisable and also lets you set realistic goals that you can actually achieve. As I was following the workbook, I began to realise that the big wishes broken down into smaller steps weren’t actually all that scary and it was nice to see real progress immediately. You definitely need this to facilitate the growth process and it’s a great add-on to the original menopause guidebook. I’d recommend getting both, and having the workbook out and ready when it calls for it, while also reading the menopause book. Having both as a guiding reference set me on the right direction, and I am definitely more confident in being able to conquer the menopausal transition now. It feels nice to regain a sense of control over something you can’t avoid, and honestly this workbook really helped me take action into my own hands.
