I have been struggling with sleepless nights all of my adult life. In this audiobook, Lilah Wakefield gives easy techniques that do help promote quality rest.
What really appreciate is the balance between scientific insights and things I can actually do to help myself. Wakefield presents a variety of techniques, but I think the calming of my racing thoughts is what is helping me the most. There are many other suggestions that may help others. One has to search out and try to know what is best for the individual.
