Burnout is real and so many struggle with it. This book is a great tool to help slow down and refocus. With so many people just saying,,,, you just have to relax, I thought i would lose my mind. One of the keys that was particularly helpful was the hidden stress triggers and finding a way to shift your response in the moment. I have already used that one.
