not good
I am already very open to this way of thinking and persevered with this book as it had been recommended by a friend. I found it like listening to a childish American rom-com film with too much focus on the authors personal stories. One of the main things that bothered me, was the incorrect pronunciations of so many things, especially essential oils and peoples names. I would have expected someone to pick these up before publishing. I don't usually write negative reviews but have to say this was disappointing.
