Why?

This is basically just a list of names (almost indistinguishable from each other), addresses (all on Park Avenue), who left how much to whom and random statistics about railways.
There is no depth to the stories of the people.
Even the story of Cornelius Vanderbilt who made the family's fortune is a mere thumbnail sketch.
If you want a meaningless background noise to your day, then this is just about worth the zero price tag.
