Summary
From the Report's original 1964 Introduction:
"President Lyndon B. Johnson, by Executive Order No. 11130 dated November 29, 1963, created this Commission to investigate the assassination on November 22, 1963, of John Fitzgerald Kennedy, the 35th President of the United States. The President directed the Commission to evaluate all the facts and circumstances surrounding the assassination and the subsequent killing of the alleged assassin and to report its findings and conclusions to him.
"The subject of the Commission's inquiry was a chain of events which saddened and shocked the people of the United States and of the world. The assassination of President Kennedy and the simultaneous wounding of John B. Connally, Jr., Governor of Texas, had been followed within an hour by the slaying of Patrolman J. D. Tippit of the Dallas Police Department. In the United States and abroad, these events evoked universal demands for an explanation....
"With this report the Commission is submitting the complete testimony of all the witnesses who appeared before the Commission or gave sworn depositions or affidavits, the accompanying documentary exhibits, and other investigative materials which are relied upon in this report."

must listen for all interested in conspiracy
good to hear the source for so many of the conspiracy theories arising from the assassination.
bizarre that several appendices are left out, most importantly the autopsy.

Essentially the Truth!!!!
Doesn't matter what the subject matter is, whenever an investigation into an incident or accident is needed mistakes will always be made, when there are hundreds of not thousands of witnesses how can this not happen. Most have an opinion on who committed or did not commit the Kennedy Assassination, the report here based on evidence from the 26 volumes of the Warren Commission is no different, but I feel is essentially correct in its conclusions the only wrong conclusion being that the first shot missed and not the second as they thought at the time.
They found no evidence of a conspiracy and although over the years nearly all conspiracy theorists have tried to nonsense this report not one of them have come up with a satisfactory alternative that either makes sense. This report may contain holes, but all the theories out there contain mass nonsense that goes as deep as the core of the earth, theorizing so many things unproven that the heat of that core burned up most these years ago.
Being one of the few who has actually read this as well as all the main conspiracy books and vice versa, only one conclusion can be come to when you realise what is fact and what is fiction, theory IS fiction and fact is fact. Oswald committed this crime alone by himself, no CIA or FBI or Mafia or Russian help along the way before or after he committed this crime as well as murdering a servicing policeman, face the facts Oswald was that lone nutters!!!!!!
