Deep stuff

As a card-carrying charismatic, this definitely gives a lot of food for thought and some of it is hard to swallow. Really appreciate Nouwen's gentleness in delivering truth but also his openness in the application of it, swerving the temptation to be prescriptive.
A great read.

New insights

I found this a most unusual take on the subject, both enlightening and thought provoking. It was very helpful in suggesting new ways of coping and making meaningful contributions both to one’s own spiritual life and the world around one.
