It's never too late to follow your dreams...
Twenty years ago, Abigail Patterson put her promising tennis career on hold to have her baby son, Robbie. But after a wild card entry to Wimbledon, she suddenly finds herself swept up in a world she thought she'd left behind - and against all odds, she's winning!
Yet as those long-buried dreams of lifting the sparkling silver trophy on centre court inch closer, Abi knows that it's only a matter of time before the press start digging into her past and uncover the secret she's kept hidden for so long.
The stakes are raised, but this time nothing - and no one - is going to stand in her way. But could the greatest comeback of all time destroy everything she's sacrificed to protect?

Definitely a 'must read'
Great characters, storyline and tension. Wonderful to read an intimate encounter written without detail, in dignified way consistent with sentinent of the book. Shows a great understanding of the characters that the reader can empathise and connect with. A brilliant novel set in the world of tennis but a story that will appeal to a wide audience.
Thank you Judi xx

Like playing tennis - a great distraction!
I really enjoyed this - she covers some very topical and important issues in women’s tennis with a light touch - good hands! The narrator is great and Judy’s words are lovely too - crediting her team.

Very enjoyable
As a summer easy read this was a great book. Whilst the storyline was a bit predictable I enjoyed the feel good story which will inspire and motivate women and girls.

Excellent holiday read from a tennis lover
Excellent first novel for Judy Murray. Easy read. Hit the right notes. Made a point and didn’t overkill or over victimise. Well done!

A complete waste of me credit. I struggled to the end only because it cost me. Flor tennis fans a huge disappoint.
As a first novel I would suggest to the author do not attempt a second one.
