Summary

As he approaches his 60th birthday, the certainties of Max Paul's life begin to dissolve. He hasn't produced any work of note for decades. His wife no longer loves him. subtlety read

loved the story line,, the narrators sleepy almost nonchalant approach suited the laziness the writer/husband character adopted towards his family. struggled with the amountof swearing but unusually for.me i managed to get passed it..
