About this listen
Get ready for season two of Clarkson's Farm with Kaleb Cooper's worldly wisdom on life's big issues, from the difference between straw and hay to the importance of having a hair perm.
Chipping Norton's celebrity farmer Kaleb Cooper has strong views on lots of things: sheep ('suicidal morons'), Jeremy Clarkson ('there are two types of farming, unless you count whatever it is Jeremy thinks he's doing'), goats ('they're a proper good clear-up animal, they eat everything - no wonder they taste horrible'), New York ('if it's like London, where there are no tractors, that's no good') and more.
In The World According to Kaleb, he shares his thoughts on topics such as philosophy, celebrities and why farming is the best job in the world. He even tells us why the chicken crossed the road. Dubbed 'the real star of Clarkson's Farm', Kaleb reveals his true, loveable, funny and down-to-earth self, with deadpan gags and unique observations that will have you crying with laughter.
Utterly hilarious, this is Kaleb as you've got to know him and love him on the hugely successful television series.

"I f***ing hate sheep."
Short, quick, easy read for those who are fans of Kaleb, the young farmer who essentially runs Jeremy Clarkson's farm. He reads his book, too. No skilled narrator here, just him, like his comments throughout.
A fun read for anyone who enjoys the T.V. Programme but more entertaining on screen than to hear

Amusing listen, but surprisingly sweary!
Good listen for my walk. Felt like Kaleb wasn't in his natural habitat reading it though, maybe put him in a tractor to record it next time! It will stay in my library for future listens though.

Too short
Feel a bit short changed. He was reading like a 6 year old but that's him so that's OK. But if he had been reading at normal speed would be a hour long. It was OK tho. Not sure if worth a credit. But. He's a good guy and good luck

I really enjoyed this
I’ve never watched the tv program but wanted a short light read. This was just perfect.
The reviews saying the narration was poor are correct if you’re comparing Kaleb’s narration to a good professional but I have heard worse by professional narrations since becoming reliant on audio books since losing most of my sight.
I really enjoyed hearing Kaleb’s story in his own voice. I hope he reaches his goal to buy his own farm.

Nice one Karen
Great book. Loved all of it.
Kaleb is obviously not a professional narrator, but he gets points for narrating his own book. That makes up for a lot. I wish more would do that.

average book roughly about being a farmer
I get the feeling that someone else who knows nothing about farming wrote this for him and he just read everywhere reference is tractor or I'm a farmer but never really in depth as though it was just if we say tractor and farmer that would be enough but most farming lads are really passionate about tractors and stuff and would anticipate more detail that's what makes me think it was written by someone else
