Summary
Sheila O'Flanagan's enthralling best seller Things We Never Say is a must-listen for fans of Marian Keyes and Veronica Henry.
The things we never say:
A daughter doesn't say how she feels about the past....
A husband is afraid to say that selling the house his wife loves is the only option....
A woman hasn't said that even though they live thousands of miles apart, this man is always on her mind....
If those things were said, the results could be life-changing. As Abbey - and a whole family she knew nothing of - are about to find out in this warm-hearted, thought-provoking and touching novel.

Stick With It
I didn't think I was going to enjoy this when it first started and was tempted to give up, but persevered with for a bit longer and ended up really enjoying it. This is the first Sheila O'Flanagan story I have listened to and will certainly look for more.
It's a very easy listen.

Enjoyable at times.
I liked many of Sheila O Flanagan s books especially with Aoife McMahon as the narrator...alas the sweety pie American accent became annoying. Story was enjoyable enough.

Excellent!
An extremely good read...or should I say, listen!
A well plotted storyline with strong characters and the usual Irish family tensions!

Really enjoy the whole book, well read and engaging. Some of the twists were a little obvious but a fantastic read.

Sheila never fails to deliver
Beautifully read and as always a lovely story by my favourite author. I loved how the pieces fell into place about Ellen .

Forgettable
This book had a really slow start, I nearly stopped a few times. What was a quite a good basis for the story was long and drawn out, never really getting going. I kept on listening because I did want to find out the end. The American characters were a bit wishy washy, never developing very much.
