Found it unhelpful
Unfortunately I did not really learn anything that I didn't already know. This book would probably help someone who had never tried to diet or quit smoking before but for those of us who have tried everything a hundred times we already know what we should do, we just can't motivate ourselves to do it. There is a medical bit at the beginning of this book about what certain foods etc do to your body, I found this much more interesting and would have much preferred more of this info in the book.
