About this listen

Brought to you by Penguin.

When Alice steps through the looking-glass, she enters a very strange world of chess pieces and nursery rhyme characters such as Humpty Dumpty, Tweedledum and Tweedledee and the angry Red Queen. Nothing is what it seems and, in fact, through the looking-glass, everything is distorted.

Perfectly chosen narrator, playful and soothing in equal measure. One small thing: there’s a mistake in the chapter ‘The Lion and the Unicorn’ - the lion should be speaking but the narrator uses the unicorn’s voice. Bit annoying, but I will still listen to this again and again.
