To be honest, there were parts of this book that were difficult to hear. Especially the chapter on technology. I realized how much of a coping mechanism it has become for me to scroll instead of to deal with how I was actually feeling after the long crazy days. I appreciate the nonjudgmental tone of the book and that things are summarized and broken down into actionable steps at the end of each chapter and then again at the end of the book. So many great takeaways!
