Summary

Penguin presents the unabridged, downloadable audiobook edition of TimeRiders: The Infinity Cage written by Alex Scarrow.

Liam O'Connor should have died at sea in 1912.

Maddy Carter should have died on a plane in 2010.

Sal Vikram should have died in a fire in 2026.

But all three have been given a second chance - to work for an agency that no one knows exists. Its purpose: to prevent time travel destroying history...

The end is approaching for the TimeRiders. In a final effort to prevent time travel destroying history, Liam and Maddy jump forward to 2070 to confront the enigmatic Waldstein and prove once and for all if he is friend or foe. What they discover is more shocking than anyone could have imagined and soon the TimeRiders are on one final mission - back to Biblical times to save the whole of humanity....

Clever conclusion to a well crafted saga

Really enjoyed this. Some lulls in the story but these help put tension into the places that need it. Narrative is out there if your not into your sci-fi, but then again why would you be on book 9!m if you weren’t! Well read as well, bringing the characters to life in their own ways. Recommend this.

Not one of the best but still good

The fact it was amazing it was that it went into the future and past in the same book was great.

Stunning Finale to a Fantastic Series

Would you listen to TimeRiders: The Infinity Cage (Book 9) again? Why?

I 'm tempted to start back at the beginning of the 9 book Timeriders Saga just to work out what plot seeds had been sent from the beginning. This was a great listen for me and stumbled on them by chance.

What other book might you compare TimeRiders: The Infinity Cage (Book 9) to, and why?

The Action of Alex Rider, The Fantasy of The Hunger Games and characterisation of Divergent.

What about Trevor White’s performance did you like?

Trevor was able to Characterise individual characters so well thta you didn't really need the "said Liam" or "said Maddie" etc.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yest but sadly work gets in the way.

Any additional comments?

Just sorry that this is the last in the series.
