About this listen

In this autobiographical narrative, the author sleeps under the stars, views the beautiful French countryside, and mingles with its local populace - all with a donkey as his chief companion.

Lovely little story, easy to listen to. very nostalgic with glimpses into old France. The authors quaint relationship with his donkey is both heartwarming and funny, probably toxic for the woke brigade but that's how it was years ago and we must remember the past is the past.
