a great basic overview of the American history
I like the fact that it is done in a manageable way is divided into year sections of around 30 to 40 years. it gives a basic overview of American history covering all the basic fact needed to understand the country. at just over 15 hours it get all the basic covered. I would recommend the book for anyone wanting a quick overview of the country and its history.

Couldn’t finish it!
As much as I dislike giving negative reviews, but I couldn’t continue past the halfway point, the narration drove me crazy. I’m convinced it was an A.I narrator, and it’s irrational use of the word “remember” at illogical points eventually lead me to switching off.
