So much value in just one book!

I was a behavioral health counselor in the US Army, and I can tell you I have talked about the stages of grief and ways to manage the pain & suffering more times than I'd like to admit. This book holds so much value, purpose, and applicable information that anyone will be able to cling to some if not all of the information to start a positive and healthy recovery. I highly recommend this book to everyone, as we all experience loss at some point in our lives. It serves as a powerful tool to explore and potentially improve the ways we have coped with loss. By offering opportunities for positive reflection and resolution, it can help address unresolved grief in a more constructive and healthy manner. - I hope you all find as much value in this as I have.

At some point in time, we may experience a loss or deal with grief. This audiobook is a perfect guide to be a great resource for recovery. The author identifies the stages of grief so that you understand they are normal and how to deal with them. Self-care is a focus for emotional well-being. It was beneficial to have real-life stories that are practical and relatable. I like that it teaches you that the loss of your loved one is not to get over them, but to allow memories of them to strengthen and inspire you.
