I've been familiar with EFT for years, and this author took the tool to another level! By providing a great number of situations and circumstances we all encounter on the day to day the author made it easier to step into a challenging moments with ETF.

I don't always use ETF when it would serve me best, but the prerecorded meditations and chapters going into depth around how EFT works and the effectiveness are a Perfect combo to dive deeper for consistent results. I appreciated the author's encouragement to be compassionate and patient with oneself for success. If you looking for an easy tool to help move your Weight loss aims along this book will assist you!
