Wonderful and uplifting book

I’m not someone that often chooses health & fitness books (or non-fiction books in general) but I absolutely loved this!!
Thank you Robin for sharing a genuine, practical, accessible, easy to follow, holistic, non-judgemental, liberating and step by step guide to being completely ‘well’ - physically and mentally!

The stories you share are so relatable and you share some amazing insights into the way women have been conditioned by society to think and feel. So much of this book really resonated with me.
It’s so encouraging to come away feeling like there are easy and tangible things I can improve upon in my own life without feeling guilty or overwhelmed with a long list of ‘failings’ that need to be changed. I can’t wait to put some of these things into practice and embrace progress over perfection. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
