Narration Warning!!

I thought this book was going to be informative using vocabulary that started basic to more detailed as I went through the chapters however the information is confusing and at times conflicting [I thought I had a good understanding of Highs and Lows, now I'm unsure!].
The book has been narrated by the authors - a big mistake as they should have engaged someone who can read; Clare speaks like she's reading a story to a 7 year old but its not a story and I'm not 7! additionally there are lots of retakes that at time haven't been spliced in correctly.
Overall I have not enjoyed the Audio book and I wouldn't recommend it!!
Very disappointed
