Summary
Bible translators all over the world are making Bibles that they think are only for Protestant and Baptist believers. But they've been sold a lie! Actually, they have been tricked into also making false bibles for someone else.
Most don't know that Christian translators are being trapped into helping create a One-World Bible! And all the translation work is paid for by contributions from Bible believers like you.
And Who is that "someone" and what do they believe?
They will tell you, in their own words!

A little too anectdotal but interesting
This book is a little too anectodotal. the author spends over half of it talking about the little known founder of the American Bible society...I think. The author has interesting points to raise about the Alexandrian manuscripts influencing modern Bible versions. But he's clearly very anti- Catholic...and maybe that clouds his judgement a little? So the Catholic church is the whore of Babylon of Revelation etc and the Jesuits are the worst!! As an ex Catholic monk whose now found the Gospel I can't help but feel some of his invectives against Catholics are unhelpful and caricatured. I would have preferred a more in depth look at the manuscripts rather than all the anecdotal stories of people's lives. Maybe it is helpful to see how people compromise on truth in a bid to reach them...but all in all- a little too conspiratorial and caricatured for my liking. All church denominations leave a lot to be desired today...it's just too simplistic to say goodies Vs baddies and the Catholics are the baddies! Yes they need the Gospel and it's freedom and it's radicality but the author won't be winning around too many Catholic converts this way...
