I find it difficult to visualise movements from listening to them, so it was great to have access to a video version of the movements. It also helps with safety to be able to see the correct posture and movement. It was cool that there was a 28-day challenge, as it encouraged you to exercise every day and feel a sense of achievement once you had completed the course. I learnt about diaphragmatic breathing techniques, which were very calming.
