one of the things I tell famous celebrities...

This book is incredibly slow and painful. I'm only about an hour or so into it, and it's 10% substance & explaination, and the rest is pointless anecdotes from big business, famous politico, celebrities etc, to then CONSTANTLY saying over and over again "here at my course, we help business leaders, celebrities, and ordinary people become great speakers.." and after hearing this line for the tenth time in an hour, with only 2 points made (being nervous is trapped energy, focus on the audience) I'm giving up. I'm sure if I sit through hours more, I'll get maybe 6-8 more points, but surrounded with so much padded drivel, it's only thankful I didn't waste a credit on this. I don't think the advice itself was bad, just reminds me of the videos online that "and I'm gonna tell you X in just a moment, but first, let me tell you..." and fifteen minutes later you finally click off.
the narration was good, which says a lot considering how poor the text was.
