Rokas did Aikido for more than 15 years, taught it and ran a professional dojo. Eventually he became disillusioned with Aikido and moved on to train combat sports such as BJJ, MMA and kickboxing. He has documented his journey on his YouTube channel @MartialArtsJourney where he also created the Ultimate Self Defence Championships (USDC). The USDC see's 6 martial artist take part in self defence scenarios to see what actually works.
