Inspiring

When I listen to Ant it is easy to break down and think I can do that! But when you listen to the people he has inspired then that becomes even more real, whether you want to run a marathon or not it’s a good life lesson, Nick

Interesting tips and advice

This podcast is worth a listen if you’re thinking of doing some sort of running challenge. Especially if you’re more concerned about your mental resilience than physical. Some of the advice it unearths I’ve put into practice already with positive results! My only gripe is that I am not sure the obstacle course translates that well to audio, a commentary on how each person was coping might have been helpful so you can visualise as a listener.
