About this listen

 The podcast that turns listener ideas into engaging bedtime stories. I started to make these for my own children when they couldn’t sleep. Play them for your kids. Have them imagine that they are the main character while they lay in bed with their eyes closed. Once the 15 -30 minute story is over, the episode transitions into relaxing music to reduce distractions, and to allow you to escape from their bedroom and get some well-deserved alone time. They are mostly science fiction and fantasy based, because that’s what my kids like. Each episode is a 15-30 minute story followed by white noise to drown out distractions. The character always ends up back in bed, doing a short mindful relaxation exercise to help them off to sleep (if they aren’t there already). Get those kids to sleep!

We stumbled across this podcast whilst searching for bedtime stories on Audible - Me and the kids LOVE it! kids fall asleep in no time at all and love listening to Martin's stories. I often fall asleep to the Podcast too - Honestly it was a life saver for us at bedtime and we are avid fans! id recommend it to everyone!
