Learning to set boundaries and say "no" is crucial. Rest and Intentional Living Are Non-Negotiables – The Rhythms of Rest framework (relational, emotional, spiritual, and tangible rhythms) helps leaders build a sustainable life plan that prioritizes well-being. Marriage Requires Communication and Growth – Differences in personalities and leadership styles can cause tension, but they can also be strengths. Learning to communicate openly and embrace each other’s strengths leads to a healthier partnership. Prioritizing Rest is a Radical Act of Faith – Taking a 24-hour Sabbath from work and technology can transform your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, leading to greater productivity and peace. Self-Awareness is Key to Long-Term Success – Understanding personal limits, values, and strengths allows leaders to build a business and marriage that thrive together rather than compete. Biography Kent and Gina Murawski are living proof that the best partnerships start with a head-over-heels moment. Nearly 25 years ago, Gina took one look at Kent and decided he was the one (at least according to Kent’s version of the story). Together, they've built a family and a legacy of service, having planted and led Journey Church in Cambridge, Massachusetts from 2009 to 2023. While Kent coaches high-achieving leaders and writes books in his signature uniform of plain tees and dark jeans, Gina transforms lives as a certified holistic nutritionist and supplements specialist. Her journey with celiac disease sparked a passion for helping others navigate life without gluten, all while sporting her distinctive boho style and newest coffee mug acquisition (yes, the collection is still growing). Parents to three kids aged 21, 18, and 12, they're “experts” at navigating both family dynamics and professional transitions. Their household remains stubbornly pet-free—not because they don't love animals, but because Kent (who works from home) knows exactly who would end up being the full-time dog walker. As he puts it, "you can have all the pets you want when you have your own house!” These days, you'll find them walking side by side in life and business, sharing their complementary wisdom about sustainable success, holistic wellness, and authentic leadership—always with a cup of coffee in hand.
