 The start of this podcast series hosted by me, Jake!  In this very first episode, I am joined by Nikki Groarke where we talk about our running journeys. Nikki talks to us about her on/off marathon training, park run, and everything else she enjoys about running. Jake shares more about his running journey too and how we both met and became friends.
