Welcome back, headbangers! This week on Heavy Metal Tones, we're diving into the crushing debut from one of thrash metal's most underrated pioneers - Metal Church's self-titled 1984 album.

Emerging from the fertile metal scene of Aberdeen, Washington, Metal Church burst onto the scene with a raw intensity that bridged the gap between traditional heavy metal and the emerging thrash movement.
