so I find the body sweep section gets me to sleep before it ends but that last section and have only listened to that section for months bo I thought I best see what the other sections are like... the secton called endings... what a way to wake you up! I have drifted off to sleep and all of a sudden I here the creepiest string noises ever! I woke up thinking I was in the TV show Grimm.

Basically, I highly recommend this audiobook but maybe set the timer to finish before that last section.

This is a really wonderful, healthy and relaxing way to overcome anxiety and the daily stresses and strains that life brings with it.
It is packed full of guided meditations, expertly and soothingly natrated.
I cannot recommend this well structured and helpful free* podcast enough!

I was put off at the start by having a recognisable famous voice (plus I didn't actually believe in the theory!) but it did help. I'm a life-long insomniac with serious health problems and chronic pain so usually still awake at 4am. This helped on the first listen.

skip the first 2 short episodes with the guys voice that's annoying but the rest with the woman is really good I was asleep quite quickly and shall listen again.
There are other background noises available and after the guys introducing it it does go to a female voice

I love how it guides you into being present in the moment or think back onto something ...
It helps you to not worry about falling asleep as the voice is so calm that it takes me no more than 10minutes of listening to fall asleep.
I definitely recommend this for anyone who stares in the darkness whilst their worries, tasks and stress goes in front of them and they can't find themself falling asleep for houres of rowling around.
