It helps you to not worry about falling asleep as the voice is so calm that it takes me no more than 10minutes of listening to fall asleep.
I definitely recommend this for anyone who stares in the darkness whilst their worries, tasks and stress goes in front of them and they can't find themself falling asleep for houres of rowling around.
