    Megan M. Wold focuses her practice on legal issues and brief-writing in complex commercial matters, constitutional litigation, and administrative law disputes. She has argued cases in both state and federal court, drafted briefs at all levels of state and federal litigation, and regularly practices before the U.S. Supreme Court. She has represented Fortune 500 clients in international arbitrations, complex tort and fraud litigation, class actions, commercial property disputes, and complex multi-district litigation. She has frequently represented clients in regulatory disputes with state and federal agencies.

    Ms. Wold previously served as a Simon Karas Fellow and Deputy Solicitor General in the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. Ms. Wold has practiced as an associate at Bancroft PLLC and as a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

    Ms. Wold served as a law clerk to Justice Samuel A. Alito of the U.S. Supreme Court and to Judge Jeffrey Sutton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame School of Law in 2011 and is a member of the bars of Ohio and the District of Columbia. Ms. Wold graduated summa cum laude from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2008 with an undergraduate degree in international studies and religion. She was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and a recipient of the Meek Family Service Leadership Prize.

  • Elizabeth “Beth” Mahn- Ada County Treasurer

    Elizabeth “Beth” Mahn is a third generation Idahoan who has dedicated years to ensuring stewardship and accountability for public funds. Elected as the Ada County Treasurer in 2018, Beth is responsible for overseeing investments, administering property tax laws, and serving as the court-appointed Public Administrator of decedents’ estates.

    Beth began her career as an auditor with a “Big 5” public accounting firm in the 1990s. She later clerked for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court during the Great Recession and served over 5 years as an attorney on civil matters, including property tax collections and exemptions. In 2016, Beth joined the Ada County Treasurer’s Office as Finance Manager and was promoted to Chief Deputy Treasurer. Beth continued to gain “hands-on” experience in all aspects of the Ada County Treasurer’s Office including investments, property taxes and public administration. Since taking office in 2019, Beth has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to fiscal responsibility and accountability for your tax dollars.

    Beth holds a B.S. in Business (accounting major, summa cum laude) and a Juris Doctor degree, both from the University of Idaho. She is also a member of the Idaho State Bar.

  • Congressman Russ Fulcher

    Congressman Russ Fulcher, a fourth-generation Idahoan, grew up on a dairy farm in Meridian, Idaho. He graduated from Meridian High School, earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in business from Boise State University, and obtained additional certifications in electronic engineering.

    Congressman Fulcher spent 24 years in the high-technology industry, working for Micron Technology and Preco Electronics. During this time he did business in 60 countries around the world and in every state in America.

    Congressman Fulcher served in the Idaho Senate for 10 years, six of those years as Majority Caucus Chair – elected by his peers. His signature legislation, Idaho’s grocery tax credit, has returned some $800 million to Idaho’s hard-working families. It constitutes one of the largest tax cut in Idaho’s history. In addition, Congressman Fulcher served on the Idaho Senate State Affairs and Education Committees where he fought tirelessly to protect the rights of individual Idahoans, to limit government influence in our lives, to ease our tax and regulatory burdens, and to restore our God-given liberties.

    Serving in the U.S. House of Representatives since January 2019, Congressman Fulcher currently sits on the House Committee on Energy and Commerce and the House Committee on Natural Resources. Previously, he sat on the House Committee on Education and the Workforce.
