I love How down to earth it is

I’ve heard different parts of this podcasts in Mel’s videos and IG but having it all in one podcast is super helpful. I found it so relatable and at the same time her tips are so easy and yet effective. I’ve been waking up at 5:30 every morning for a week and despite all the benefits of waking up early that I’ve seen through the week (getting a lot more done, feeling high energy levels, more balanced and focused etc) I still feel it is horrible and lack motivation except that now I think what I feel later in the day and keep doing it just focusing on that feeling that I know will come. Thanks for sharing so much knowledge in such a practical way.

I needed this

Think this is really useful for me anyway! I do need that kick up the bum that Mel gives. Find it easy to do the things that are set out rather than over think things. She helps me break the overwhelming things down. I don’t think she’s uncaring at all unlike some other reviews. I feel she’s on my side.
