I can barely describe how much this podcast, and prior to this, how to make the beast beautiful, has helped me though the last 12 months or so. Essential listening for those with the buzz, and, if you can convince them, the people we love and live around who have to deal with us on the good days and the bad!

Lovely episode on male anxiety - much of Sarah’s material is naturally through the perspective of herself or other women - not least of all because we male folk either like talking about it less, or equally (more?) commonly, we don’t understand that it is anxiety that we are dealing with.

I could go on, but rather than read my review, just start listening!

I’ve been too slow to write a review for this!

This podcast really helped me at an extremely anxious point in my life to understand and respect the nature of anxiety as well as the many unhelpful coping strategies I had developed to combat it. I feel more able to work alongside my anxiety now, to move towards a life of greater meaning and purpose.

Heart-warming and enriching

Dangerous unqualified nonsense with a click bate title. Definitely NOT for anyone actually suffering from anxiety. She actually says in her disclaimer that this is not for therapeutic use and is only for entertainment purposes! How is spouting your pessimistic ideas of the nature of anxiety entertaining!? Could be damaging to someone in a sensitive state of mind! Irresponsible, especially now!
