Mind pump is an excellent podcast and I have listened on to it Spotify for over a year. However, since opting for audible instead, I have found that I only have access to a limited number of podcasts.
Audible needs to step up its podcast game or I’ll be reverting back to Spotify

Fantastic!
Very powerful, very informative podcast.
I've been interested in fitness and nutrition for a long time, but after a diagnosis of OA in my knees after having my 2nd son, I spiralled quite a bit. I was in excruciating pain, I was unable to walk properly, let alone exercise so had no interest in fuelling my body and so gained weight. Looking back, I'm pretty sure I was depressed though denied it to myself at the time.
Diet changed EVERYTHING. I switched to a more wholefood diet, and went with an almost Mediterranean/paleo hybrid. My mood lifted, I was motivated to go to a good PT who's helped me regain the strength in my knees and I'm now pain free. I haven't touched pain relief or anti inflammatoryies in over 2 years.
I definitely see food as fuel, as medicine, as a preventative medicine!
Really enjoyed the podcast!!
