One of the best audio productions I have ever heard

The script is brilliant-both humorous, moving and gripping. The acting is superb and the production brilliant.
A must listen.

A true classic

It took a while to get into this book but was soon hooked. Although the theme is now politically incorrect. It is a story about loyalty obsessions and freindships. well worth the read.

A brilliant podcast a dangerous sea journey

What a lovely set of episodes Captain Ahab has one agenda to catch and kill Moby Dick the white whale, he is quite demented and will not listen to anybody who doesn't agree with him, a dangerous journey that took his life and many more, compelling to listen to, narration is really good

Fantastic adaptation

I haven't read the original book, so I cannot say how well this adaptation suits it. What I can say though is that this a really enjoyable series! Great voice acting, effective sound effects, fascinating characters and thrilling action! I was dubious if a veggie like me could enjoy a tale about whaling, but turns out that wasn't a problem at all.

Best classic of all.

The sound effects are all perfect, the readers are exceptional. Morrisy is the best Ahab and would make a great one in a movie..

Gripping podcast production of Melville classic

The whole cast is superb. All the different themes are vividly bought to life. David Morrissey is particularly good as Ahab, the role of a lifetime.

Just superb

It was a WOW for me all round.
The characters, the sound effects, it was like I was there, hunting whales.
I even shed a tear when my favourite hunter died, a realy gripping story.
