We discuss the tragedy in Atlanta and a few proposed solutions: mandatory insurance and gun security, a new assault weapons ban, criminal charges for negligent parents, expansion of mental health coverage, to name a few. In this episode, Kim and Steve discuss the recent court stay of President Biden's proposal for extending parole in place to certain undocumented spouses of U.S. citizens. Alabama Secretary of State Wes Allen also gets a mention for his letters to over 3,000 registered voters informing their voter registration has been suspended. We discuss how this violates the National Voting Rights Act.
