Lured into the industry by some curiosity while scrolling on youtube, he took the jump by joining Maverick Transportation. He started off with their glass division before moving over to standard open deck/flatbed freight.

Now he is an owner/operator with his own authority. By building his brand first he set his business up for success and in this interview he breaks down what it takes to be successful, and what he plans on doing in the road ahead.

Adam DeGroot comes from a family who has been in the farming and produce business for decades. From selling produce at farmers markets in Chicago, the foundation was set for Adam's career in logistics.
