Odd glitch after 1st few seconds. Music completely stops between chapters such that you wonder if the it has just finished. The ending stops rather than fades out and then continues into the next meditation which is back to his shouty style.

Calm, clear instructions. Much less shouty than his normal style. Very pleasant.

nope.that is nothing. the idea and thoughts behind the meditation is of course all good,but thenrecording is BAD.you hear his voice clear and far away.the music stopt some points to come back again. it evds abrupt avd you cant get into any state....No.never again.not tnis one.I really would ask Audoble to remvoe it.can't meditate at all with it!
