For more than 50 years, Wallace J. Allen has given the people of California's Inland Empire a platform for free speech, community outreach, education, entertainment, and empowerment with his community newspaper, Westside Story News.

Since 2000 he has hosted his Empire Talks Back radio show every Sunday on KCAA radio
