Het Ministerie van Oplossingen gaat achter de Zilvermannen aan... De leden van het Ministerie van Oplossingen krijgen het dagboek van Benjamin Silver in handen, de man die in de negentiende eeuw de Zilvermannen oprichtte, de grote vijand van het Ministerie. Het is een geheim boekje, dat alleen Zilvermannen kennen. Nina, Alfa, Ruben, Kai, mevrouw Vis en Tirza verbazen zich over de spannende reis die Benjamin maakte. Maar er is iets met het dagboek... Dit keer gaan de leden van het Nederlandse Ministerie van Oplossingen achter de Zilvermannen aan in plaats van andersom.
