In the past three years, meditation was a big part of my life and helped me a lot in many situations. For this reason, I always thought that it would be great to find something for my kids. That's the reason why I started to collaborate with some guided meditation professionals to create five stories that I could play at home for my kids. They loved it, and we decided to give the possibility to others to listen to it - that's the reason for this audiobook. Those guided meditations helped my kids to relax and sleep better. I hope I will do the same with yours.

Life is very stressful for everybody, and I found in meditations a bit of "safe space," that's how I call it. Anytime I can, I like to listen to my guided meditations, relax and fly away to a different world full of peace and relaxation. In the past three years, meditations was a big part of my life and helped me a lot in many situations....I love to read a story to them every night, but sometimes this is not possible.
