Se sospetti di essere una persona altamente sensibile, queste pagine chiariranno i tuoi dubbi. Si tratta un libro divulgativo che supporta quelli di noi che lavorano ”aiutando” altre persone, ed è anche un invito a padri, madri, capi o educatori che interagiscono con persone molto sensibili.

La gente suele decir que esta pandemia de COVID-19 no tiene precedentes, sin embargo, tiene similitudes con otras pandemias, incluso otras enfermedades y otras tensiones y traumas. Cada situación de estrés y trauma ilumina a las demás, ya que estamos en la cúspide de una ciencia del estrés y el trauma.

No one could have told me, and if they had, I would not have believed them, that I would be a writer, considering how difficult it was for me to read as a child. Despite this, circumstances had forced me to this profession, since having as much time as I had now, locked up for life, I wouldn`t have much else to do. The silence had already taken hold of each of the rooms in the house, so much so that sometimes it was difficult for me to go there, where so many things had happened in the family. In the beginning, I turned on the television or the radio, to listen to a voice whenever I was in the house, and that made me feel better. But then, it seemed so absurd, deceiving myself. It was like I was with somebody when there was nobody left.
