Many people have used the term "wellness" to emphasize that positive health is much more than simply being free from illness - there is an additional quality to maintaining a health well-being. I use the term "fitness" to try and capture this same concept. Fitness is a condition reached through striving for optimal quality of life in all aspects: social, mental, psychological, spiritual, and physical. These aspects of fitness are interrelated: a high level in one of the areas enhances other areas.

Since 1864 the legend has persisted. Differing versions give the name of this new nation as Republic of Jones, Jones County Confederacy, and Free State of Jones. Over the years this story has captured the imaginations of many.

New Orleans Item as the "lynch law center of Louisiana." Yet for a few years in the early 1930s, this unlikely spot was home to the Monarchs, a national-caliber Negro League baseball team. Crowds of Black and White fans eagerly filled their segregated grandstand seats to see the players who would become the only World Series team Louisiana would ever generate, and the first from the American South.

Just as there are thousands of stock trades that happen each day, there are thousands of reasons to start trading. There are many people that trade because they are looking for financial gain.
